Shrimp with fried Mushrooms
This nice-looking starter does not require much preparation because the preparation is really not difficult or laborious. Your guests will be impressed, while you laugh in your sleeve when you think back to the efforts this but cost.
Ingredients for Shrimp with fried Mushrooms:
3½ oz - 100 g Shrimp
2 heads of chicory
9 oz - 250 g Oyster Mushrooms
a little flat-leaf Parsley
How to make Shrimp with fried Mushrooms:
Cut the oyster mushrooms into strips and fry them in a pan with some olive oil.
In the meantime, cut the chicory into strips. (Discard the hard part or just eat it as I always do.) Add the chicory to the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, mix the shrimps with a dash of olive oil.
Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the vegetables are well cooked. Take a kitchen ring and fill it with a layer of vegetables. Spoon the shrimp over it. Press well. Remove the kitchen ring and finish with some chopped parsley and a little olive oil. Season with black pepper and salt.
