Nachos is a Tex-Mex dish from northern Mexico that consists of heated tortilla chips or totopos covered with melted cheese often served as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients for Nacho Dish with Tomatoes and Cheese:

For 8 persons:


- 12 oz - 360 g can of kidney beans

- 1 red pepper

- 28 oz - 800 g of canned tomato cubes

- 1 tsp chili

- 4½ oz - 125 g tortilla chips

- 3½ oz - 100g grated old cheese

- ½ cup -125 ml of cream

How to make Nacho Dish with Tomatoes and Cheese:


Preheat the oven to 356 ° F - 180 ° C.

Mix the beans, paprika, tomato cubes and chili mix in an oven dish. Sprinkle with the pepper. Divide the tortilla chips and grated cheese over it. Put the kidney beans in a colander, rinse under cold water and let drain. Remove from the red pepper the stem and seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.

Bake the nacho plate in 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve with the cream.
