Broccoli Cheddar Guinoa Balls

Ingredients for Broccoli Cheddar Guinoa Balls:
for 4 persons:
- 13 oz - 365 g cooked quinoa - 9 oz - 250g broccoli, finely chopped - 3½ oz - 100g sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 2 green onions, sliced - 2 eggs, lightly beaten - 1 garlic gloves, minced - 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese - salt and pepper to taste
How to make Broccoli Cheddar Guinoa Balls:
Preheat oven to 356°F - 180°C. Add cooked quinoa, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese and green onion to a large mixing bowl then toss until combined. Mix in eggs, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until completely combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat lightly with cooking spray. Make equal sized meatballs Bake 20–25 minutes or until lightly browned on the outside. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
