A tasty piece of meat is not complete without a suitable sauce. Pork in particular can't imagine a better partner than this blackwell sauce. This classic, creamy sauce with pickles is perfect to complete your dinner.
Ingredients for Blackwell Sauce:
6½ fl.oz. - 2 dl brown stock
6½ fl.oz. - 2 dl cream
6½ oz - 200 gram pickles
pepper and salt
How to make Blackwell Sauce:
Fry the meat you have provided (pork is ideal) in a little butter in a pan as desired. Drain the excess fat and deglaze the pan with the brown stock. Stir all the adherents well. Top up with the cream and reduce by half on a low heat. Stir the pickles in the cream sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Tasty!
