Ingredients for Crème Brülée:

serves 4:

- ¼ l milk - ¼ l cream - 2 vanilla beans - 100g sugar - 12 egg yolks - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons brown sugar - Low ovenproof dishes

How to make Crème Brülée:

Put 100g sugar to the egg yolks in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy . Pour the milk and cream in a saucepan nullmilk mixture. Stir cream into the egg yolk mixture; beat until combined.! Let rest until the foam disappears. (about ½ hour . ) Preheat the oven at 90 ° C. Fill the bowls with with mixture and place them at least 1 hour in the oven nullSift this mixture evenly over custard. Place dish under broiler until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn.
