Aioli

Aioli is actually a kind of olive oil mayonnaise where the emulsion is obtained thanks to the garlic puree.
Aioli is a simple tasty garlic sauce that is widely used in Catalonia and elsewhere on the Mediterranean. The sauce is served with salads, meat, chicken, fish, pasta salads and as tapa with bread.

Ingredients for Aioli Sauce:


- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 4 garlic cloves, crushed

- pinch sugar

- pinch cayenne pepper


How to make Aioli Sauce:


Blend mayonnaise with crushed garlic cloves and a pinch each of

sugar and cayenne.
